Ingredients

  • 5 pcs. Whole Chicken wing
  • 3 tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 2 pcs. Lemongrass
  • 1 tbsp. Water
  • 2 tbsp. Crispy flour
  • 1/4 tbsp. Crispy flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

Directions

  • Wash and peel outer layer of Lemongrass and cut into pieces for easy to pound β€’squeeze excess moisture from lemongrass help for more crispier β€’ mix with crispy flour + salt
  • Wash and score Chicken wings β€’marinates with fish sauce at least 15 mins β€’ add lemongrass juice + crispy flour + water β€’ deep fried chicken wings on medium high heat until crispy β€’ then fried lemongrass until crispy on medium low heat β€’ Done !!πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
