1 cup Cos Salad leaves finely diced1 cup Mesculin salad finely diced1/4 cup Finely diced Red onion1/4 cup finely Shredded beetroot1/4 raw red rice - cooked250 g baby beetroot quartered1/2 cucumber seeds removed and sliced1 Tbsp pickled red onion1 Tbsp Dried cranberries- finely diced200 g baby Heirloom tomatoes- halved1/4 cup crumbled feta1 Tbsp finely chopped basil1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
