300 g all purpose flour150 g water1 pinch saltOlive oil(optional) minced garlic(optional) any minced herbs, e.g. parsley
Directions

Mix the flour with the water and the salt (and optionally the minced garlic and herbs) for a few minutes until it turns into a nice dough.Let the dough rest for about 15-30 minutesDivide the dough into 4-8 pieces (these will be rolled out to your flatbreads, so divide depending on the size of flatbread you want)Roll the pieces flat into a flatbread shapeHeat a pan on medium high heat. Add some olive oil in the pan or on the bread and cook the bread on one side for about a 1-2 minutes. It might create some bubbles, don’t poke them! These will get beautiful golden brown when you flip the breadWhen its cooking I like to add some olive oil on the bread, so when you flip it, the other side will get a nice golden colorFlip the bread and cook the other sideOptionally add some olive oil on the finished bread and enjoy!
