Stovetop Mac n Cheese

500 g Elbow pasta1-2 tbsp butter1/4 cup parsley chopped1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup red cheddar cheese1 cup parmesan cheese2 cups milk1 cube chicken stock1 big onion sliced or minced, up to preferencesalt and pepper1 broccoli3 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup corn flout2 cups water

Boil macaroni and broccoli in a pot, add in olive oil and salt. Let boil for 15-20mins or until macaroni is softer.Melt butter into a large wok and add onions. Sautee for 10mins.Crush chicken stock into 1 cup of water. Combine corn flour with 1 cup of water too. Add the chicken stock, corn flour mixture and milk to the buttered onions.Add the cooked macaroni and broccoli into the wok. Dump the cheese into the wok and mix the cheese well as it melts.Add in the parsley and mix again. Serve hot!
