Ingredients

  • 250 ml cream
  • 400 g chicken
  • 1 mushroom
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 cup rice
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Thym
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Egg yolk

Directions

  • Chop the garlic. Pour the rice in a rice cooker and rince it before cook it. Pour some water into the rice, with the garlic, salt and pepper
  • Chop the chicken, the onion and the mushroom
  • Pour some oil in a stove, first fry the chicken, season it with salt, pepper and thym. Once well cooked, put the chicken into a plate.
  • In the same stove, fry the onions and the mushrooms.
  • Once well cooked, the chicken and the cream. Make it boiled and add some thym, salt and pepper to taste. Add the egg yolk and stir.
  • Ready to serve, enjoy your meal
