Matcha & White Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Self-Raising Flour
  • 1/2 cup Caster Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons Matcha Powder *Today I added 2 tablespoons
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg *lightly whisked
  • 100 g White Chocolate *coarsely chopped

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180℃. Line a 12-hole muffin pan with cases.
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Spoon the mixture into each case. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Cool on a wire rack.
