Tamatri Punjabi chole

Chandni Khanna

Ingredients

  • 250 gram chic pea. Soak it at night
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1/2 spoon Ajwain
  • 1 spoon Salt
  • 1 spoon Anchor
  • Curd half cup
  • 1 spoon Degi mirch
  • 1/2 spoon Haldi
  • 1/2 spoon Garage massage
  • 1 spoon Dry dhaniya powder
  • 1 leaf Tej pata

Directions

  • Boil chick peas by adding salt
  • Grind tomatoes and ginger in a grinder
  • Put pan on flame, put ghee and ajwain,hing and mixture of tomato and ginger
  • Fry until mixture left oil. Than add all spices.
  • Now add chickpeas and let it boil for 15 min at last add curd.
  • Now it is ready to serve.
  • I served it with bhature u can serve it with any of the bread or rice too.
