Boil chick peas by adding saltGrind tomatoes and ginger in a grinderPut pan on flame, put ghee and ajwain,hing and mixture of tomato and gingerFry until mixture left oil. Than add all spices.Now add chickpeas and let it boil for 15 min at last add curd.Now it is ready to serve.I served it with bhature u can serve it with any of the bread or rice too.
