1 can Black Eyed Peas; drained1/3 White Onion; choppedJuice of 1 Lemonto taste Salt
Directions

Drain the black eyed peas and pour in a bowl.Add the juice of 1 lemon, the chopped white onion, and salt to taste.Stir, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating. Serve cold.
