Black Eyed Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Eyed Peas; drained
  • 1/3 White Onion; chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • to taste Salt

Directions

  • Drain the black eyed peas and pour in a bowl.
  • Add the juice of 1 lemon, the chopped white onion, and salt to taste.
  • Stir, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating. Serve cold.
