Hoisin duck donburi

Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts
  • 1.5 cups Jasmin rice
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 6 radish sliced thin
  • Half a bag of pea shoots
  • 3 spring onions
  • Soy sauce
  • Hoisin sauce

Directions

  • Start by scoring the duck fat and cook skin side down till crispy. Then turn over and drizzle generously in hoisin sauce and oven bake at 180 for 13/16 mins or until pink. Leave to rest.
  • While the duck is cooking in the oven boil your rice. Once cooked, drain and serve in a bowl. Slice the duck breast and lay on top. Then surround it with the crunchy veg and drizzle in hoisin and soy sauce. Enjoy !
