Cauliflower Potato Fry

Ingredients

  • 250 gm cauliflower
  • 100 gm potato
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 4 green chillies (optional)
  • 1/4 th size onion
  • 2 red chillies (optional)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Kalyapak
  • Salt

Directions

  • Wash and cut vegetables into desired sizes for fry. Boil cauliflower in water for upto 5 mins on high flame.
  • Take a frying pan and add oil, then cummin seeds, kalyapak, red chillies, onions, turmeric powder,salt and ginger garlic paste and toss it around for a minute.
  • Add potatoes and boiled cauliflower and let it cook on medium flame for 20 mins. Toss around in between.
  • At last add coriander powder and chilli powder and let it cook for 2 more mins.
