Cauliflower Potato Fry

250 gm cauliflower100 gm potato2 tbsp cooking oil4 green chillies (optional)1/4 th size onion2 red chillies (optional)1 tsp cumin seeds1/4 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp coriander powderKalyapakSalt
Directions

Wash and cut vegetables into desired sizes for fry. Boil cauliflower in water for upto 5 mins on high flame.Take a frying pan and add oil, then cummin seeds, kalyapak, red chillies, onions, turmeric powder,salt and ginger garlic paste and toss it around for a minute.Add potatoes and boiled cauliflower and let it cook on medium flame for 20 mins. Toss around in between.At last add coriander powder and chilli powder and let it cook for 2 more mins.
