Japanese Chicken Tsukune (Chicken Cake)

Ingredients

  • 200 g minced chicken
  • 2 tablespoon cooked rice or sticky rice
  • 15 cm spring onion
  • 3 green onion
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  • Cut onion finely.
  • Mix chicken, spring onion, cooked rice, sugar and soy sauce with hand till the mixture is very sticky.
  • Mix green onion with 1/4 chicken mixture. Put into square boxes. And steam for 20 minutes.
  • Cut chicken cake like this photos.
  • Garnish with green onion 💕🇯🇵please eat with lemon soy sauce, mustard soy sauce, sweet chili sauce or your favorite sauce.
