ChickenChinese herbs (dates, solomonseal, wolf berry, gordon euryale seed, tangerine peel, dendrobium)Water
Directions

Blanch chicken for 5 minutes, remove. Boil new pot of water, reduce heat. Add chicken and herbs. Stew over low heat for two hours. Add more water whenever necessary.When ready, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice.
