Spicy Cashew Chicken

Handful Cashew NutsHandful Chopped Green Onions1 Red Bell Pepper, dicedSeseme seedsSauce2 tsp grated garlic2 tsp grated ginger2 tbsp soy sauce1/2 tbsp brown sugar1/2 tsp seseme oil1 tsp chili flakesChicken2 chicken breasts, diced2 tbsp cornflour1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 tsp chili flakes1 tsp garlic powder

Combine all the sauce ingredients together in a bowlCombine the chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili flakes together in a separate bowlHeat oil in a large frying pan or wok at a medium high heatAdd the chicken to the pan and lightly brown (about 5 mins)Add the pepper and fry for another couple of minutesAdd the nuts and fry for a few minutesAdd the sauce to the pan a fry until it thickens (3-5 minutes)Serve with rice and top with seseme seeds and green onions
