Rolled cake

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 25 g milk
  • 20 g oil
  • 25 g cake flour
  • 2 pcs egg white
  • 15 g sugar
  • 150 double cream
  • 20 g condensed milk

Directions

  • 2 egg yolks + 52g milk mix + cake flour 25g stir till smooth
  • Now use mixer to mix 2egg white+15g sugar
  • Now mix the above 2 togher and pour onto the pan
  • 190c 10-18minutes later, take it out and wait till it is cool
  • Then carefully take the cake out. don’t need the skin
  • Now put the cream and condensed milk together into the mixer to make sure it becomes soft. and then spread onto the cake. roll and done.
