2 egg yolks25 g milk20 g oil25 g cake flour2 pcs egg white15 g sugar150 double cream20 g condensed milk
Directions

2 egg yolks + 52g milk mix + cake flour 25g stir till smoothNow use mixer to mix 2egg white+15g sugarNow mix the above 2 togher and pour onto the pan190c 10-18minutes later, take it out and wait till it is coolThen carefully take the cake out. don’t need the skinNow put the cream and condensed milk together into the mixer to make sure it becomes soft. and then spread onto the cake. roll and done.
