Lemon Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • Cup Oats
  • Half cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Cup cashew nuts
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • Half Cup Unsweetened Coconut
  • Rind of one lemon, grated

Directions

  • Blend in food processor
  • Make into tiny balls.
  • Refrigerate 15 mins
