2 cups zobo leaves1 cup sugar1 cup water1/2 pineapple1 cup lemon juice1 tsp clove1 tbsp grated fresh ginger2 tbsp flavour

Peel the back of pineapple,wash and boil with zobo leave, ginger,clove, back of lemon and allow it to cool.Blend your pineapple and sieve itSieve your zobo juice from the pot,add water combined with pineapple and lemon juice,add flavour and sugar. Served it chill
