Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 550 g bonles chicken breast, sliced
  • 250 ml (1 cup) cooking cream
  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp flour desolved in ¼ cup water
  • 4 onions - sliced
  • 500 g fresh mushrooms 1 can - sliced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

  • In a heated pot, add oil and onion stir until translucent, then add mushrooms, toss, cover the pot and leave for 15 minutes on low heat
  • After that, add chicken strips toss together add the spices and leave for another 10 minutes
  • In a bowl mix together, milk, cooking cream, and mustard, add to the chicken, stir together, bring to a boil
  • Add flour and water mixture,
  • Taste with salt and spices, leave on low heat untill it thickens
  • Serve hot with cooked white rice, or spaghetti
