550 g bonles chicken breast, sliced250 ml (1 cup) cooking cream250 ml (1 cup) milk1 tbsp mustard1 tbsp flour desolved in ¼ cup water4 onions - sliced500 g fresh mushrooms 1 can - sliced1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp white pepperto taste Salt2 tbsp vegetable oil

In a heated pot, add oil and onion stir until translucent, then add mushrooms, toss, cover the pot and leave for 15 minutes on low heatAfter that, add chicken strips toss together add the spices and leave for another 10 minutesIn a bowl mix together, milk, cooking cream, and mustard, add to the chicken, stir together, bring to a boilAdd flour and water mixture,Taste with salt and spices, leave on low heat untill it thickensServe hot with cooked white rice, or spaghetti
