Ingredients

3 C veg broth1/2 C chopped onion1.5 C chopped carrots or butternut squash1 clove garlic, chopped.5 lb. Cooked pasta.5 C nutritional yeast2 T almond butter2 t lemon2 t Miso1 t ground mustard.5 t smoked paprika.25 t turmeric1 t Savory Spice1 C steamed broccoli or other green.25 C breadcrumbs

Put onion, garlic, and carrots in pot w/ 1C broth and cook until very soft 8minOven 375Blend 2C broth, veggies, yeast, miso, and everything else until smooth. Check seasonings, combine with pasta, stir in cooked greens. Transfer to baking dish, top with breadcrumbs and sprinkle with paprika and parmesan. Bake about 20min until GBD.
