Tadjin (Beef and vegetables)

Ingredients

  • 5 pieces beef
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt
  • 1 small spoon of black pepper
  • 1 small spoon of garlic powder
  • 1 small spoon of onion powder
  • 1 dessert spoon of paprika
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 small spoon of cinnamon

Directions

  • In a cooker, put beef, spices and chickpeas with a cup of water
  • Wash and cut vegetables
  • After 10 mins of cooking, add vegetables and 3 cups of boiled water then mix well
  • Close the cooker and cook for 30 mins
