10 cm spring onion100 g fresh raw fish for sashimi1/2 tablespoon sesame oil1/2 tablespoon soy sauceto taste garlic1 egg yolk

I use Maguro and scallop. Cut small dices. Chop spring onion.Mix with seasoning.Put egg yolk on top.Please mix egg yolk and enjoy ❣️🇯🇵Today’s dinner 😉
