Sashimi Yukhoe (Korean style)

Ingredients

  • 10 cm spring onion
  • 100 g fresh raw fish for sashimi
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • to taste garlic
  • 1 egg yolk

Directions

  • I use Maguro and scallop. Cut small dices. Chop spring onion.
  • Mix with seasoning.
  • Put egg yolk on top.
