1 kg chicken drumsticks3 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon garlic and ginger pasteLemon juice from half a lemon2 teaspoons crushed coriander seeds1 teaspoon crushed whole cumin3 teaspoons salt or to your taste1/2 teaspoon haldi/turmeric powder1 teaspoon chilli powder or to your taste1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder3 teaspoons hot madras curry powder OR the mild versionHandful chopped coriander2 teaspoons light soy sauce1 teaspoon dark soy sauce3 tablespoons yoghurt

Make small cuts in the chicken drumsticks and keep aside for marinating.In a bowl add all the ingredients leaving the chicken drumsticks aside for adding later. Mix the marinade and add the chicken drumsticks. Marinate the chicken drumsticks for at least 3 hours before cooking.You can cook using your preferred method. I cooked them in an Air Fryer for 15 minutes per side. It took a total of 30 minutes per batch. You can Air Fry, Grill, Oven Bake, Barbecue or Deep Fry. Ensure that you cook the chicken drumsticks thoroughly before eating. Timings will vary depending on method used.
