Curry Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs
  • Chicken wings
  • Potato
  • Prime Curry Paste (included coconut milk)
  • Cabbage

Directions

  • Add curry paste into 400 ml water and boil the mixture
  • Add 2 chicken thighs, 4 chicken wings and cut potatoes into the boiling mixture
  • Bring the mixture to a boil
  • Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 10 mins
  • Add 260 ml of coconut milk into the mixture. Simmer for 7 minutes over medium heat without the lid
