Add curry paste into 400 ml water and boil the mixtureAdd 2 chicken thighs, 4 chicken wings and cut potatoes into the boiling mixtureBring the mixture to a boilCover the pot and simmer over low heat for 10 minsAdd 260 ml of coconut milk into the mixture. Simmer for 7 minutes over medium heat without the lid
