500 gm boneless Chicken1/4 tsp lemon juice1 tsp ginger garlic paste1 tsp chilli powder1/2 tsp coriander powder1/4 tsp garam masala1 egg1 tbsp cornflour1/4 pepper powderto taste Salt

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and pepper powder. Mix wellAdd cornflour and egg. Mix well, cover and store in fridge for minimum one hourDeep Fry in oil on a medium flame. 2-3 minutes on each side and depends upon the size of the pieces.
