Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg ground beef
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 parsley
  • 1 mint
  • 4 onions
  • 4 garlic gloves
  • Spices, lemons and olive oil

Directions

  • Wash the rice and chop the mint and parsley and 2 onions and the garlic
  • Put all above together and add salt and the 7 spices with 2 or 3 spoons of tomato paste and olive oil and 2 lemon’s juice with pomegranate molasses
