Ingredients

  • 500 g brown rice
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 leek
  • 300 g white cabbage
  • 1 tb sambal oelek
  • 3 tb ketjap manis
  • 1 broth block (vegetable flavour)
  • 1 ts turmeric
  • 0,5 tb grated ginger
  • Sides
  • Atjar tjampoer
  • Cocktail onions

Directions

  • Cook the rice.
  • Stir fry the vegetables on med-high until onions turn translucent.
  • Add seasonings the vegetables and mix them.
  • Add the rice, mix well on high heat and serve.
