500 g brown rice2 onions1 bell pepper1 leek300 g white cabbage1 tb sambal oelek3 tb ketjap manis1 broth block (vegetable flavour)1 ts turmeric0,5 tb grated gingerSidesAtjar tjampoerCocktail onions

Cook the rice.Stir fry the vegetables on med-high until onions turn translucent.Add seasonings the vegetables and mix them.Add the rice, mix well on high heat and serve.
