Ingredients

  • 250 g self-rising flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 30 g crystalline sugar
  • 1 package (8 g) vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 700 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for the batter)

Directions

  • Sift the flour in a large bowl, add the sugar and the vanilla sugar. And make a simple in the middle.
