Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1 kg tomatos
  • 1.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste heaped
  • Salt according to ur taste
  • Red chilli powder-1/2tsp or according to your taste
  • Chilli flakes (kuti hui laal mirch) -1tsp
  • 1/2 Black powder half tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Bhuna pisa dhanya
  • 1 tsp bhuna pisa zeera
  • 1 inch ginger pc (cut in juliana)
  • 10-12 Fresh green chilli
  • Fresh coriander 1/ cup
  • Oil / ghee 1 cup or as desired

Directions

  • 🔹Take a big wok, put chicken tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • Cover and cook until chicken becomes almost tender.
  • don’t add water initially as tomatoes have lots of water
  • 🔹Now add red chilli powder, chilli flakes, haldi, bhuna pisa dhanya, bhuna pisa zeera, black pepper powder, julienne cut ginger.
  • Mix well.
  • 🔹Now add oil gradually.
  • Thora Thora oil daalti jaiye aur high flame par 5-10 mins tak acchi tarah bhooniye.
  • 🔹Now make the flame slow, Add lots of hara dhanya
