Dough for homemade empanadas

2 cups flour10 g (1 package) yeast1 tbspn Salt80 1/3 mL vegetable oil1 Tbsn sugar240 mL room temperature water240 room temperature water (again)
Directions

Mix flour, yeast & salt.Add Vegetable oil, sugar, room temperature water then mix.Add the rest of water & keep mixing. Once it begins to form a thick texture take out the dough on a well floured surface.Knead the dough, add pinch fulls of flour and keep kneading for 15 minutes.Let rest for 30 minutesKnead again to remove any air pockets for 10 minutes then let rest for 30 minutes.Roll dough and make circle shapes to make the arepaOil lightly to coat the pan and add flour to the panAdd the filling of your liking- Im using a super seasoned beefTHIS is how they should look completed.Bake in oven for 30 minutes- check on them it might need a little less depending on your oven.
