Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 300 g tofu(drain well with paper towels)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 sprinkling black pepper
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • oil for deep fry

Directions

  • Cut chicken breast into mince
  • Put the all ingredients in the bowl and mix well by hand.
  • Make meat ball with using spoon and put it in to oil, Flatten it with a spoon.
  • When it comes golden, turn it over and cook until golden. Enjoy ♡it with mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup is awesome🤤
