1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder3 tbsp olive oilto taste Salt1 tsp ground black pepper1 tsp ground cumin1/2 large pumpkin (approx 900g-1kg)
Directions

Heat oven to 180c.Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Ensure the pumpkin is coated well with the spices.Spread the pumpkin out in a single layer on a baking tray.Bake for 50-60 minutes. I cooked mine until the pumpkin was really soft but if preferred slightly Al dente reduce the cooking time.
