500 gm chickenlegpiece1/2 cup cream1 boild egg for garnishing2 onion1 tbspgingergarlic paste2 tbsp onionpaste1 tsp redchilli powder1 tsp turmericpowder1 tsp cuminpowder1 tsp corriender powder1 tbsp chicken masalaSome whole garammasala1 tsp garammasalapowder1 bayleafTo taste salt2 tbsp curdOil as required

To marrinate the chicken with curd,gingergarlic paste,turmeric,redchillipowder,salt rest it 1hour.After 1 hour fry the chicken.Heat a kadhei add oil put whole garammasala crackle, than add Chopped onion sauted till it’s becomes golden brown,than add onionpaste sauted,than add gingergarlic paste sauted till it’s becomes nicely done.Than add all drymasala salt cook nicely.Than addcream & sauted a while.Than add 2 cup hot water.When ever water boild nicely put the fried chicken &cover it to cook on low medium flame.Chicken creamy greavy is ready. Garnishing with greated egg white & cream serve it.
