Ingredients

  • 500 gm chickenlegpiece
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 boild egg for garnishing
  • 2 onion
  • 1 tbspgingergarlic paste
  • 2 tbsp onionpaste
  • 1 tsp redchilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmericpowder
  • 1 tsp cuminpowder
  • 1 tsp corriender powder
  • 1 tbsp chicken masala
  • Some whole garammasala
  • 1 tsp garammasalapowder
  • 1 bayleaf
  • To taste salt
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • Oil as required

Directions

  • To marrinate the chicken with curd,gingergarlic paste,turmeric,redchillipowder,salt rest it 1hour.After 1 hour fry the chicken.
  • Heat a kadhei add oil put whole garammasala crackle, than add Chopped onion sauted till it’s becomes golden brown,than add onionpaste sauted,than add gingergarlic paste sauted till it’s becomes nicely done.Than add all drymasala salt cook nicely.Than addcream & sauted a while.
  • Than add 2 cup hot water.When ever water boild nicely put the fried chicken &cover it to cook on low medium flame.Chicken creamy greavy is ready. Garnishing with greated egg white & cream serve it.
