300 gm Chicken breast1 Egg1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder1/2 tbsp Coriander powder1/2 tsp Garammasala1 tbsp Salt1 tbsp Vinegar4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste2 Onion6-7 ChilliOilleaves Coriander4 tbsp Cornflour2 tbsp All-purpose flour1 tbsp Rice flour1 tbsp Soya sauce2 tbsp Tomato ketchup2 tbsp Green chilli ketchup

Clean and wash chicken add ginger garlic, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder,salt, vinegar,garammasala and mix well let marinate for 10 minutes. Add all the flours and mix well. add the egg and mix well.Heat oil fry all the pieces. Now in a wok add oil followed by garlic split green chilli and onion cubs. Add all the ketchups. Mix well.Now add the fried chicken into gravy. Add a bit water and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy.
