Ingredients

  • 300 gm Chicken breast
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garammasala
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Onion
  • 6-7 Chilli
  • Oil
  • leaves Coriander
  • 4 tbsp Cornflour
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Green chilli ketchup

Directions

  • Clean and wash chicken add ginger garlic, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder,salt, vinegar,garammasala and mix well let marinate for 10 minutes. Add all the flours and mix well. add the egg and mix well.
  • Heat oil fry all the pieces. Now in a wok add oil followed by garlic split green chilli and onion cubs. Add all the ketchups. Mix well.
  • Now add the fried chicken into gravy. Add a bit water and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy.
