3-4 ripe tomato sliced8-10 green Chillies1 tsp tamarind3-4 tbsp oil1/2 tsp mustard seeds1 tsp urad dal4 garlic clove1 tsp Curry leaves1 tsp cumin seeds1 handful coriander leavesTo taste Salt

In a pan,add 1 tbsp oil, green chili and saute for 2 mins.Then add sliced tomato,tamarind,garlic,curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and saute until it turns mushy.Let it cool down completely. Add cumin seeds and grind to smooth paste.In a pan,add 2 tbsp oil mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves, hing and let it splutter.Then add the ground chutney and saute until oil gets absorbed for 5-7 mins.Now the most spiciest, tastiest chutney is ready to serve with crispy dosa or hot idlies.
