Ingredients

2 C fresh or frozen fruit1 T water1 T lemon juice2 T Chia seeds3 T Maple syrup
Directions

Cook fruit with water in pot 2min, then mash to desired consistency.Add lemon juice, chia seeds, and syrup. Cook 2-3 min more. Taste & adjust sweetness.Let cool, then refrigerate.
