Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 C fresh or frozen fruit
  • 1 T water
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 T Chia seeds
  • 3 T Maple syrup

Directions

  • Cook fruit with water in pot 2min, then mash to desired consistency.
  • Add lemon juice, chia seeds, and syrup. Cook 2-3 min more. Taste & adjust sweetness.
  • Let cool, then refrigerate.
