2 lbs Ground Beef2 lbs Ground Sausage1 Big Sweet Onion chopped1 Red Bell Pepper1 Green Bell Pepper8 ounces diced green chile peppers1/3 Cup Chili Powder1 teaspoon Paparika1 teaspoon ground Cumin1 teaspoon minced Garlic28 ounces diced tomatoes w/juice28 ounces Tomato Sauce15 ounces can Chili beans w/liquid15 ounces can Kidney beans w/liquid1/2 cup Brown Sugar2 teaspoons Salt1 teaspoons Pepper1 stick Butter1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Brown Beef & Sausage in big sauce pan. Then drain.Add chopped onion, Bell peppers and chiles. Simmer 15 minutes stirring occasionally.Add ingredients from sauce pan to a big pot, plus rest of ingredients stirring occasionally. Bring to boil for about 5min.Add the stick of butter, and a dash of cinnamon! lower temp to low for about 3 hrs stirring every 15-30min.
