  • 2 eggs
  • 1,5 cup - flour

Directions

  • The first step in making a this sweet crepe is to place a small amount of olive oil of butter in a pan and heat it. If you use butter, heat the pan without the butter, better to add it when the crepe dough is ready.
  • Next, mix the flour, eggs, and milk in a bowl. Stir with the help of manual rods until all the ingredients are integrated and add the water very slowly until the dough is neither too thick nor too thin. Continue mixing until there are no lumps, because if the dough is perfect, the crepes will make faster and will be better.
  • If you are using butter, this is the perfect time to add a tablespoon to the hot skillet. When it had melted, carefully and slowly pour the crepe batter into the pan to get your first crepe. If the pan is large, you can make two crepes at the same time, but for a perfect result I advice you to make them one by one in a medium pan.
  • The crepes are done right away, so when you see the dough get a little solid and create little bubbles, you should flip it over with a spatula. Let the other side brown for a few seconds. You will know that the crepe is ready by the golden hue that it will acquire in the central area, so it is time to carefully remove it and place it on a plate. Repeat this process until you finish with all the crepe batter.
