Healthy Omlette

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 8-9 spinach leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dash cumin powder
  • 1/2 tps ghee

Directions

  • Separate the yolks from the egg whites and reserve the whites in a bowl
  • Add all the ingredients in the bowl with the egg whites and simply stir, don’t whisk
  • Pour the ghee on a pan and let the pan become hot. Pour the egg batter on the pan and fry till it’s just right
  • Serve warm, with toast
