2 egg whites8-9 spinach leaves, finely chopped1/4 Onion, finely chopped1 tbsp milk1 pinch coriander leaves, finely choppedSaltPepperDash cumin powder1/2 tps ghee

Separate the yolks from the egg whites and reserve the whites in a bowlAdd all the ingredients in the bowl with the egg whites and simply stir, don’t whiskPour the ghee on a pan and let the pan become hot. Pour the egg batter on the pan and fry till it’s just rightServe warm, with toast
