Cucumber and red cabbage with vinegar dressing

5 small cucumbers

226 g red cabbage

100 ml vinegar

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp honey

1 tap salt

Chop up the cucumbers and red cabbage

Mix together the vinegar and honey with the salt and pepper then add it to the veg
