Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots(thinly sliced)
  • 1 Radish(thinly sliced)
  • 6 green chili (thinly slices)
  • 1/2 lamon juice
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 tsp mustard powder

Directions

  • Cut carrots,radish and green chili into thin slices
  • Remove ve the yellow Center part of carrots
  • In a big bowl,add chopped carrots,radish,green chili,salt,turmeric powder,musturd seeds powder
  • Mix all together and add lemon juice,toss and mix well
  • And serve with chapati,prantha,pillow, and rice.you can store for 8- 10 days in the refrigerator
