2 Carrots(thinly sliced)1 Radish(thinly sliced)6 green chili (thinly slices)1/2 lamon juice2 tsp Salt1 tsp turmeric powder4 tsp mustard powder

Cut carrots,radish and green chili into thin slicesRemove ve the yellow Center part of carrotsIn a big bowl,add chopped carrots,radish,green chili,salt,turmeric powder,musturd seeds powderMix all together and add lemon juice,toss and mix wellAnd serve with chapati,prantha,pillow, and rice.you can store for 8- 10 days in the refrigerator
