Ingredients

  • 750 gm Boneless Chicken
  • 175 gm Shallots
  • 20 Garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 15 Dried Red chilli
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 5 Spring Curry leaves
  • Enough Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coconut finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Coriander chopped

Directions

  • Grind shallots and garlic in blender into smooth fine paste. Heat oil in kadai add chopped dried red chillies. Add in the ground paste and fry for couple of minutes.
  • Add chicken, curry leaves, coconut and turmeric now. Add enough salt and mix it. Reduce the flame to low and keep cooking the chicken for 40-45 minutes. Once chicken absorbs all the gravy and roast nicely, adjust the salt and switch off the flame.
  • Chicken should slightly changed the colour and looks like fried a bit. This is correct consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. Yummy Tummy..
