750 gm Boneless Chicken175 gm Shallots20 Garlic clove3 tbsp Coconut oil15 Dried Red chilli1 tsp Turmeric5 Spring Curry leavesEnough Salt1/4 cup Coconut finely chopped1/3 cup Coriander chopped

Grind shallots and garlic in blender into smooth fine paste. Heat oil in kadai add chopped dried red chillies. Add in the ground paste and fry for couple of minutes.Add chicken, curry leaves, coconut and turmeric now. Add enough salt and mix it. Reduce the flame to low and keep cooking the chicken for 40-45 minutes. Once chicken absorbs all the gravy and roast nicely, adjust the salt and switch off the flame.Chicken should slightly changed the colour and looks like fried a bit. This is correct consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. Yummy Tummy..
