Hainanese Chicken Oil Rice

Ingredients

  • 6 cup rice
  • Chicken Fat from chicken (see recipe)
  • Minced garlic
  • leaf Pandan
  • 100 g Ginger
  • 6 cup Chicken stock from blanching chicken
  • Try : lemon grass, lemon leaf, fish sauce, salt
  • Ginger
  • 6 tsp Chicken stock powder

Directions

  • Fry chicken fat for 1 min
  • Fry minced garlic and garlic until fragrant
  • Add raw jasmine rice and stir fry till infused
  • Add pandan leaves and other spices for flavoring chicken stock
  • Add chicken stock from blanced chicken
  • Cook rice in rice cooker
