Cajun rice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat (cooked and drained)
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 chicken and herb bullion cubes
  • 1/4 cup Creole seasoning
  • 1/4 cup garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • to taste Salt abd pepper
  • 3 cups water

Directions

  • In a pot add water, rice, butter, and all seasoning. Cook till rice is soft.
  • In a skillet cook ground meat then drain.
  • Add rice and meat together mix well. Then serve and enjoy.
