4 tight, skin removed1 tbs black pepper1/2 cup curry powder1 tbs sugar1 tbs salt1 cup chicken stok2 pc clove5 pc corodom1 pc cinnamon stick2 pc star anise1 tsb turmeric1 pc potato diced5 pc shallots2 pc garlic2 inch gingerSome oilSome chili(option)

Mince cut the shallots, garlic and ginger and fry until brown and put corodom, star anise, clove, and cinnamon stick also potato then chicken. Fry it for few minutePut curry powder, turmeric, black pepper and mix then fry it for few minute morePut the chicken stock and mix. Cover and cook it for 35 minute. You might want to stir it every 15 min
