Sausage and Egg Omelet

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 medium-large sausage
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  • Beat eggs until thoroughly combined in a medium-large bowl.
  • Add the milk; mix well.
  • Sift in flour while mixing and make sure there are no clumps.
  • Slice sausage into thin slices.
  • Place 4-6 slices in a nonstick frying pan on medium heat and fry until ready. Flip sausage midway.
  • Pour about 1/2 to 1 cup of the egg mixture in the pan with the sausages.
  • Flip the omelet once one side is browned and cooked.
  • Serve after both sides cooked.
