Sausage and Egg Omelet

1 1/2 cup flour8 eggs1 medium-large sausage1 cup milk

Beat eggs until thoroughly combined in a medium-large bowl.Add the milk; mix well.Sift in flour while mixing and make sure there are no clumps.Slice sausage into thin slices.Place 4-6 slices in a nonstick frying pan on medium heat and fry until ready. Flip sausage midway.Pour about 1/2 to 1 cup of the egg mixture in the pan with the sausages.Flip the omelet once one side is browned and cooked.Serve after both sides cooked.
