Pumpkin Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 1/2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced onion
  • 2 tsp. Ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp. Salsa
  • 1 tsp. Minced jalapeño
  • 1 bell pepper stem
  • Cheese flavored tortilla chips
  • 1 bag blue corn tortilla chips

Directions

  • Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, onion, cumin, salsa, and jalapeño until well combined.
  • Scoop onto plastic wrap and use the wrap to form into a 5 in pumpkin shaped ball. Chill at least 2 hours.
  • To serve unwrap and roll in crushed cheese flavored tortilla chips and press a bell pepper stem into the top. Serve with blue corn chips.
