16 oz. Cream cheese, room temp1 1/2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese3 Tbsp. Minced onion2 tsp. Ground cumin2 Tbsp. Salsa1 tsp. Minced jalapeño1 bell pepper stemCheese flavored tortilla chips1 bag blue corn tortilla chips

Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, onion, cumin, salsa, and jalapeño until well combined.Scoop onto plastic wrap and use the wrap to form into a 5 in pumpkin shaped ball. Chill at least 2 hours.To serve unwrap and roll in crushed cheese flavored tortilla chips and press a bell pepper stem into the top. Serve with blue corn chips.
