4 Chapathi1/2 cup any kuruma/salna1 onion chopped1 tomato choppedMustard seeds to temper1 tbsp oilleaves Curry2 EggSpice Powder (1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, a pinch of turmeric powder)to taste SaltCoriander leaves to garnish

Cut chapathi into pieces. Keep it asideHeat a heavy bottomed pan with oil and temper with mustard seeds. Add onion, curry leaves and sauté well. Add tomato and sauté well. Add salt and all spice powders. Sauté until raw smell goes.Pour egg and scramble it until it’s 3/4th cookedAdd chapathi and kuruma/salna. Give it good mix.Use a stainless steel ladle or cup which has sharp edge and mince the mixture well with pounding action.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
