Ingredients

  • 6 eggs- adjust to how many people will eat, if 2 people then 2 eggs and adjust the amount of water,oil & flour used
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Wheat Flour

Directions

  • Mix 6 eggs, 1 cups of water and 3 tablespoon oil- should have a foamy texture to it.
  • Add wheat flour until everything forms like this. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Flatten mixture very thinly with a rolling pin, add flour to keep its form.
  • Add plenty of flour and roll the entire thing to keep it from tearing.
  • Slice out the noodles
  • The noodles should have this final look. Let the noodle dry for 30minutes. Doing this helps to not end up with a ball of pasta when cooking.
  • OR you can place the noodles on a pan and let them dry out in the sun for 10-15 minutes.
  • Once noodle is dry grab a pot with plenty of salt (to taste), boil, cook until ready and finalize with any sauce you want to add.
