6 eggs- adjust to how many people will eat, if 2 people then 2 eggs and adjust the amount of water,oil & flour used1 cup water3 tablespoons oilWheat Flour

Mix 6 eggs, 1 cups of water and 3 tablespoon oil- should have a foamy texture to it.Add wheat flour until everything forms like this. Let rest for 15 minutes.Flatten mixture very thinly with a rolling pin, add flour to keep its form.Add plenty of flour and roll the entire thing to keep it from tearing.Slice out the noodlesThe noodles should have this final look. Let the noodle dry for 30minutes. Doing this helps to not end up with a ball of pasta when cooking.OR you can place the noodles on a pan and let them dry out in the sun for 10-15 minutes.Once noodle is dry grab a pot with plenty of salt (to taste), boil, cook until ready and finalize with any sauce you want to add.
