1 cup gobindbhog rice or any aromatic rice1 cup split Moong dal1 tsp ginger paste1 tsp cumin powder1/2 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp turmeric powder2 green chillies1/2 cup mixed chopped veggies1/2 cup cauliflower florets1/2 cup chopped tomatoes1/4 tsp sugar1 tsp gheeto taste Salt1 tsp mustard oil1 tsp cumin seedsIngredients for raita1 cup hung curd4 tsp aachar/pickle1/2 tsp fennel seeds1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds1/2 tsp mustard seeds1/4 tsp carom seedsto taste Salt

Heat a oil in a Kadhai add rice sauté for few minutes transfer it and then washed it, now add dal to the same kadhai sauté it for few minutes then transfer it to another bowlNow fry the cauliflower florets once done keep it aside then sauté the veggies or few minutes then add the ginger paste and other spices cook it until the raw smell goes outNow add dal and rice and salt and cook it for few minutes then add water cover it and cook it until the rice and dal gets softNow add the fry cauliflowers, tomatoes and little sugar cook it for few minutes then add ghee and turn off the flame
