Overnight yeast waffles

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg

Directions

  • The night before, combine yeast, flour, sugar, salt, milk, and melted butter. Stir to combine, cover, and store overnight in warm place.
  • In the morning, stir in the egg while waiting for the waffle iron to heat up.
