White Sauce Veggies and Chicken

Ingredients

1 capsicum1 onion1 carrotHandful peas1 cup Milk1 tbsp flour250 gms ChickenSaltPepper1 tsp Garlic pasteOregano1 green chilli1 tbsp oil
Directions

Cube the chicken in 1 cubic inch pieces and saute it with some oil and salt and pepper till completely cooked. Remove from pan and place it on a plateIn the leftover oil add garlic and a slit green chilli and saute till the raw smell goes away. Then add all the veggies and saute till they are a bit softAdd the flour and roast till it s cooked.Start adding the milk little by little and stirring as you do so…so that the mixture is smooth and the milk thickens evenlyAdd salt,pepper, oregano and anything else you would like.Serve hot with roti/ rice or pasta
