White Sauce Veggies and Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • Handful peas
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 250 gms Chicken
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • Oregano
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Cube the chicken in 1 cubic inch pieces and saute it with some oil and salt and pepper till completely cooked. Remove from pan and place it on a plate
  • In the leftover oil add garlic and a slit green chilli and saute till the raw smell goes away. Then add all the veggies and saute till they are a bit soft
  • Add the flour and roast till it s cooked.
  • Start adding the milk little by little and stirring as you do so…so that the mixture is smooth and the milk thickens evenly
  • Add salt,pepper, oregano and anything else you would like.
  • Serve hot with roti/ rice or pasta
